Went back and read the beginning of the fohguild.org version of this thread. Pretty funny reading the extreme doubts people had for this game. General consensus was questioning why make this game when HON was out there lol.

I don't think any game should allow a 4 stack to queue with a solo player, the solo player has such a large risk of getting troll reported or kicked. I always see this happen in CSGO, i assumed it would be a thing here too.

That's a shame... low pri is aids :\

I had timber queued up as a pick for offlane. Mid picks him at 0:03 after never highlighting him or anything, so I say nothing and just randomly pick Slardar. 7minutes into the game one of them asks why I chose slardar. I responded why in the least bitching way possible. Mid responds "do you want a comm report or feed report?". I soon realize it's a 4 stack and they've all reported me and was in LP the next day. Fun Times.

How rough are you getting in chat with your team? I passive-aggressive snark on folks all the time and have never gotten low priority. Have about 1000 games played.

I'm probably around 6000 games at this point. This is the 2nd time I've ever been in low priority. Other time was when the first came out my laptop would crash and I kept getting abandons. Not really complaining about the low priority, was just harping on being the odd man out of a 4 stack sucking balls.

I had forgotten how much this game makes me want to punch people in the dick. Some guy had an open mic that I couldn't mute...Sounded like he was in the market square next to a Mariachi band.

You can mute them if you pull down the scoreboard there an audio and text mute button.

I just wish they'd include a 'mute all' button so you didn't have to hit 18 tiny circles that have varying hit boxes.

Purge said on his stream we're getting the updated post game UI with next week's patch with Underlord.

Except Valve has said that getting reported by 4 people in a stack counts as a single report, so there's something missing in your story. 2k games and never LP.

Except that I mentioned this occurred 2 games in a row while only providing specifics of the second. Also, had an abandon from Louisiana's 1000 year storm over the weekend when electricity went out and no idea if that contributes. Don't even know why I'm explaining this to you, because I could give two shits about the LP. I was just relating to what Nisser said about it sucking to be the +1.

Ahem...Noob question - Low Priority? Is that like a leavers queue from LOL/HotS? Doesn't it go away after a number of 'good' games?

Yeah, basically. You get Low P for having too many reports, too many abandons. It is a specific game mode (single draft only) and you have to win to get out of it.

I queued with a dude in low pri and i could only pick 1 of 3 randomly selected characters, apparently it used to be a 100% random character? that sounds so aids lol

It depends based on your numbers. It is 1 game your first time then like +2 games if you abandon while in low priority, or maybe if you keep getting reporter. I've only been in once and like above it was due to power outage.

The more games you play or the longer you go without low priority you can start to get away with abandoning rarely. But you still can't make it a habit. Like with 2,500 games i could probably abandon one game without punishment, but if I did two in one day I'd still get punished.
