I would disagree, the experience for the solo player is always completely awful. As someone who is solo 99% of the time even 3-stacks in general are bad as typically they all will pick cores and on average 1.5 of them are below the bracket skill often significantly.
How come it wasn't an issue for the years that we had that option while queuing? My experience as a solo player is every bit as important as someone who decides they want to stack.
I've played thousands of games solo, some of them are good, some of them are not good. I have the same experience when I stack. If you don't want to play with 3 stacks, then fucking play ranked. As a Solo you cannot be put with a 3 stack in ranked, it will never fucking happen, not once. Unranked allows all permutations of parties to queue, regardless of MMR or size. There are consequences of course. I think not allowing friends of all skill and party size to queue is far more damaging to the game in the big picture than disallowing it. Additionally your 1+4 and 1+1+3 party bitches do not happen in ranked, but you seem to conveniently ignore that fact. There are zero 1+4 ranked games of Dota being played today, tomorrow, and even last week. No, there is not a solution that makes you 100% happy, but that is because you are completely uninterested in any other reality but your own. I'm not even sure Dota is enjoyable to you, everything you post is a complaint. Queues, the game itself, production. Let us know something you really like about Dota in your next post, because I don't even have a clue what keeps you playing it.
