I don't understand the EG drafts at all. I mean why not just take Mirana, Sumail is great on the hero and I'm sure Zai or crit could play it if they chose to put it on a support. But no, Ogre pick every damn game.

Can't believe the end of that and help but feel like IG got too excited, like they thought there were megas or forgot they were exposed. Was a crazy 5 minutes or so of fighting. IG did good considering their stand ins and going against VP.

IG.V almost took game 2 what a great match. VP is fucking beast mode atm but still a great game worth watching if you didn't see it

It definitely look like they thought they had megas, then saw the racks mid with low hp, rushed that down, then went like "yay now we just bail if they chase us they lose their base so we're fine" and then there was still a rax bot.

Anyway was a pretty solid game. I like that VP picked stuff other teams don't though like agh weaver support and centaur(also with agh).

haven't played any DOTA or watched any for months.

Seen a few moments of the Major and Jugg was in both games, both Sumail and the Wings jugg just now built Mjolnir.

What happened for that to become a regular pickup?

Probably just a "our wave clear sucks" build. I think most do phase, diffusal, manta.

Edit: And yeah, Wings getting fucking crushed. 3-22 the dream is real for this one.

Luna, Leshrac, and Mirana is kind of a dirty combo of AoE. I can never tell whose laser beam from the sky is killing someone at any moment.

Edit: 4-21, the dream is dead.

The only thing going for EG is that Lycan is so shit late game. Not really sure Weaver and Slarder are going to be enough late game.
