Yeah I definitely deserved that Rickshaw but the joke was too funny to pass up. Other people were basically doing the same thing, but I was the speeder in front.

If you want really good latin food. Pretty much every other place does it better then Mexicans.

Burritos are the only latino food I eat regularly.

Got a friend who married a Chilean girl and he's a professional cook and they make some good looking grub from what I see on facebook.

Typically the cusines of El Salvador, and Honduras are very very good. Spain as well has very good seafood latin dishes.

They call most of that Latin Fusion in the states.

Very clean food, lots of chicken and rice dishes. Plantains etc. Really tasty

Someone brought some sort of plantains based dish to a Spanish class I took. Been awhile so I can't remember how they said it was prepared, but it was good. It was like a dessert type thing though.
