Binged the series over the last 2 weeks. I was kinda iffy at first, but the way the story opens up is what hooked me. Also there are some pretty great characters throughout the whole series. It's also fucked up in a way that appeals to my type of humor.

I thought about it and ordered the first 4 books in hardcover. I probably won't read them right away, but I liked them enough that the author deserves it.

I don't do audio books. Just not my thing. Paper and imagination. I read a lot faster than anyone could ever speak.
I have tried audiobooks so many times, but unless I am focused on what I am hearing I lose track of it. If I am gonna have to focus on it, I would rather read. I am also a fast reader, so I am the same.

I do both depending on what I’m doing. Audiobooks are great for driving or braindead tasks like mowing. Relaxing after work or before bed, I’d rather read. I’ve been doing both with this series, and the audiobook is so well done I’m preferring consuming it that way. It really makes some of the ridiculous moments more funny. Donut breaking in to a conversation in all caps is pretty funny with the way he reads it.
