Wtf does added quests to NPCs mean and Other enemy and weapon balance changes?! Fucking important shit there I imagine...

whorefrost nerf! Bunch if good int spell buffs as well.

the arcane scaling bug fix super important as well, they crushed it this patch.

I'm kinda sad about this, why wasn't this in the game before now? Oh well, will probably do another playthrough once a big DLC hits.

Update, I was farming some exp and waiting to get summoned to help people with endgame bosses (unfortunately, every time I got summoned, the host would die to something stupid on the way to the bosses...every goddamn time). Also had the blue ring activated to get summoned to help people with invaders, but never got summoned for that unfortunately.

Went back to the Roundtable Hold with like 12 million souls on me and got a "The Twin Maiden Husks have new items for sale" message that I've never gotten before when zoning in. Checked out their inventory and they had a Talisman Pouch (aka the one I missed) for sale for 500, plus a few spells I haven't seen anywhere else. I don't think those things were there before and I have no idea what triggered their arrival. The only other thing I did besides farm 12 million souls was that I defeated the last two Evergaols that I missed. So additional items are triggered there by either A) Clearing all the Evergaols or B) Lugging around a massive amount of souls.

Tried the comet spell with a Carian staff +10, it's decent but I can't really tell it was buffed. Comet Azur laser beam is still strong as ever so that's nice at least. All i can muster before bed. I only have the last boss to kill and I haven't even tried him yet, kinda debating if i'll ever even finish the game officially or just leave it for a second playthrough.

Sword of Night and Flame was not really that amazing at only +5; I just upgraded my Dex now to 18, I need to go visit the Magma Wyrm and die a couple dozen times, I guess.

Generally good changes, not too thrilled about mimic nerf though. Used mimic in one fight post patch (Commander Niall) and she basically stood around in the middle of the field confusedly for the whole fight. Might be because there were adds around the perimeter.

Weird that Tiche didn't get nerfed in any of this, it's the one that's really trivializing the game.

Glad that the Death bug is fixed..

but hackers already doing the invade and warp the host into the ocean, shit again .. jessuss this shit is getting old.

  • Fixed a bug that causes arcane to scale incorrectly for some weapons.
  • Fixed a bug which causes some weapons to not use stat scaling.
  • Fixed a bug which causes Fire’s Deadly Sin incantation to have different effect.

I had already stopped relying on my mimic. I never even got Tiche, I need to go pick her up before she gets whacked too.

I had just built a sword of night and flame build, didn't like it so RIP one larval tear I guess. I need to start a new game anyway. Will probably try something with Eleonara's Poleblade or something.

I'm surprised they didn't nerf the Mohg Palace farm spot. With or without the bird it's pretty egregious compared to everything else I've seen.

Husband’s glad he already got all the achievements finished after mimic tearing up the whole game and cheesing Melania with the erdtree shield and the sin incantation. I’m liking the added quests though since I’ve barely progressed any so far since I haven’t gotten much playtime.

Another thing I hope was fixed this patch was for whatever reason, if I load up the game on my PC, I can’t put my PC to sleep or restart it anymore, I have to straight hard reset it because something’s hanging on it. No idea what.
