Easy now. He didn't say EQN. He was speaking only within the context of Landmark.
If traveling between servers is that easy in EQN, I'm probably out.

The plus side for those of us who lack much in the way of creativity we still will wind up benefitting from the fruits of others labors and probably worth messing around in just to unlock the adventurer class option and just have fun exploring what people are doing. If nothing else lending your help to others in harvesting stuff for them and combining your deeds to give a bigger land area could still be very useful.

Players can make land claims, apparently UO style. You control that part of the land, and those you give access to. You can sell/buy/trade land on other servers.
EQN is the central continent, with EQ art/lore adherence as a requirement.
