Yeah, they aren't a launch race.

Iirc, the launch races are humans, elves, dark elves, dwarves, ogres, kerrans, iksar, and halflings and/or gnomes.

If Sony had some balls they would make the Rise of Grobb event a Rallying call that let you pick between frogloks and trolls in some big siege of grobb and the winner was the one that got to be the player race.

Imagine if some servers had different races you could pick.

lolno they know well in advance that rosie designed some kawaii frogs for you to play, so even if the troll side won, you're getting webbed toes whether you like it or not. and they'll have a whole round table and hashtag for it

Alright then, You get both races but only one of the has a city and the other lives in a shanty town in the swamp and that depends on the server.

Pay-wall troll race in EQN will generate more money than Pantheon.

Differnt outcones on different servers would be nice too and facilitate community amongst players to push events on way or another to get their desired outcome. Also seems a good way to throw in PvP. Gathering resources for the frogs to take Grobb? Die!

They need to make it worth it though for people to care. Make unique items that will be lost forever if one size loses giving each server a history of artifacts maybe you can get a shield if trolls win or a sword if the frogloks win but the server will never have both. And make them GOOD not just some random leveling trash people wont care about.

Maybe DE masks and cool clickies...
