Looks like it could be from the new Gothic game. Or a new Divine Divinity or whatever. I don't really care either way. I just want Smedley to know that if it really is EQ Next, and the square at the bottom right is a minimap, I will hunt him down in real life.

edit: ok so proven fake, there really should be a punishment for that kind of assholery.
