You should consider using the Raidbuilder website. We bid all our loot out in ten minutes after raids, even when we had over 1000 items during Extra Life dz’s.

This is easily the quickest / most convenient loot system I've seen any guild do. Matter of fact it makes most guild loot systems look archaic in comparison. The only potential slowdown is in the loot-sender-to-loot-winner parcelling, but most of us who hold loot tend to get it sent out very quickly.
