It was a little over 6 months on Teek/Tormax. Aradune was the last server to do 3 months of classic and take almost a year to get to PoP.9 months to PoP is way too long, though a normal server would be what, 12 months to PoP?
They're going to use "this server is going to suck" as an excuse to duck the competition after the spanking they got on Teek.RI currently at the denial stage, but rest assured they will make it to acceptance within a week or two and roll there.

Na, we got the hacked raid window they use before launch and not from one of their members. I just didn't think about it again until months later when someone in their guild mentioned how invites went out and I was like "Oh that's weird".To be fair they were competitive until one of their members backstabbed them and gave you their raid management tool.
Well then, they were competitive when using the raid tool that FF wasn’t yet using. Hard to imagine they wouldn’t have stayed competitive if someone didn’t leak that tool, pre launch or whenever.Na, we got the hacked raid window they use before launch and not from one of their members. It's very impactful in Kunark with the weaker mobs and fast mobilization. It wasn't as relevant in Velious when it became 72 wizards, no groups or synergy required and everyone just camped at the raid mobs.Well then, they were competitive when using the raid tool that FF wasn’t yet using. Unfortunately in this case a few devs listened to a few guild leaders who wanted "harder" content and though it was a good idea. These 1-2 guilds will come onto the new server just to say they did xyz that had not been done before and not play much past that.
They've got enough experience from Vaniki

lol @ the new ruleset. I've been advocating for a TLP to stagger the level cap increases after the content releases while also dropping the item-level reqs, but not 24 weeks of level 50 gameplay.
Something I've been wanting for years is something like:
I think a lot of folks don't like the early level cap, but I think the concept would be interesting, just to see how people approach gearing, grouping and raiding within brief windows before the level 50 cap. It might just be pet-charm nonsense or who knows what else, but I'd kind of want to see it.
- Start with Ruins of Kunark, Scars of Velious, and Shadows of Luclin unlocked and level-locked to level 20.
- Every two weeks, the level cap is increased by 5.
- For each expansion, level increases and Alternative Advancement points will not be available for two weeks.
- Item recommended and required levels are reduced by ten.
- Challenger's level-loss perk is disabled.
