It is amusing to see a dodgy sequence break go from something no one ever talks about (the skip being still not well known at least as far as 2006) to something everyone knows and everyone does up to and including selling MQs for to ACTUALLY FUCKING FIXED in the year of our Lord two-thousand and nineteen.
Next up are fixes to using the airship and fucky terrain to get Knights of the Round extra early and changing how many hearts you need to get the Silver Sword so you can't do that before completing a single dungeon in The Legends of Zelda.

What I tested of a little tonight on a old bard I had laying around. Seems much quicker then I remember. Going to see how it is from just super low(around 10 skill) to get to 100+.
Edit: Got a character to 35 without using instrument skill at all, 1 to 140 skill in about 15 minutes.

See what happens is, you enter a highly interactive area of EQ where you must please the dps that befriend you with sweet whispers of dick loving regularly. From here, you rotate in the newly joined dps who befriend you and whisper dick loving regularly. Then you eventually find yourself in a bind determining mid fight who has whispered you more dick loving, and more often, to determine who gets the dps buffs for that specific fight.

Skill gain was already jacked up in modern EQ. back-in-the-day getting a skill up was a mini accomplishment. This new change to skill ups puts one of the last pains in the ass to powerleveling to bed.
As someone who fights against any and all things that makes the game easier, tis a shame.
