I replaced a bayonet on one of my sniper rifles with nothing and the mod is in my inventory now.

yeah the muzzle attachments can have a "no mod" option, but the stock, receiver, magazine, barrel, sights etc I can't. I don't want to have a gun without a receiver, I just want to get the receiver and the gun can be damned.

Also why the hell is horizontal scroll not the same speed as vertical?

Also Target is annoying. Their site said the one on the way home had nuka cola in stock but they didnt even have it out. Waste of a trip.

You mean their online circular? They always do those a few days early online - it starts Wed I think?

You can save scum dialogue choices. Early on (no spoilers) a guy asks you to do a little task, and for me at 6 CHA there was a yellow option to get more money. Succeeded, I got XP and he said OK 75 caps. Dialogue option there again, yellow, as before, succeeded, as before, more XP and 100 caps for finishing his task. Then it was red, I hit F5, failed twice and reloaded immediately mid-conversation, and on the 3rd try got my XP and 125 reward. Took all of 8 seconds, so as much as I too hate save scumming, my fallout wanderer might end up batting a thousand when it comes to persuasion.

I think I'm done for the day. I got to level 10, explored a pretty solid little chunk of the area from the starting point to Diamond city, there's definitely some areas you need to be higher level to get access to, even near Vault 111.

Are there some basic recommended stat assignments out the gate? This thread is all over the place and I just need the min maxing done for me.

2331668 is what I recommend for general purpose combat. I maxed int because I want to get a high level.

So I'm a big crafter and with all the crafting available and me wanting to get as many perks as I can to benifit that...would I be totally gimped if I went;

Str: 4
Per: 5
End: 3
Cha: 6
Int: 6
Agi: 2
Luck: 2

I'd divy up more points to End, Agi and Luck later. But this seems to be an obtimal start to being a all around crafter...I just don't want to fuck myself while out in the wastelands. (I'm new to Fallout so be gentle)
