If you check what the item breaks down into you will find some things that only break down into steal or wood for example. So its not worth picking up a 3 WT item for 2 steel when you can scrap an old car for a bunch of steel.
Repeatedly quick save/quick load to reloot chests, etc, until you get the desired outcome.
Saving before a big decision or event and then reloading to get a better outcome.
based on my gameplay it's true - can only charge crit meter in vats and only fire off the crits in vats - it doesn't totally gimp me but I probably would have swapped int for agi if I would have known and just not gone lasers. it's still workable though.
That's never going to happen because Bethesda wouldn't sell the IP, and InExile didn't make that great a game in Wasteland 2, to be perfectly frank.
I did all this stuff, plus patched + updated the graphics drivers last night after nvidia released new ones + turned off in game AA and whatnot and forced them on through nvidia control panel. I was already getting rock solid performance and great FPS, but I got at least a 10 fps increase and more stability out doors as a result.
