It's hard to say. She wasn't on the JP version of Orlandu banner, but Global makes changes all the time. Agrias was on the previous banner, so it's likely she won't be on the next one, but... yeah, who knows. Soon!

It's a long time until Agrias becomes top tier anyway, and Rain's upgrade is better than her 5* form (also soon).

I'd say it's way too soon for her to be on a banner again, but if she is that will dramatically change the value of the Orlandu banner.

It seems my Zidane has a negative modifier on his TM skill ups... Everyone else on my TM team is getting at least twice the amount of skill ups that Zidane is. 68% done...

I had some weird streaks like that too. I started my first Cecil when Locke was already about 10%, and Cecil finished first while Locke was around 96%.

I've seen some weird TM streaks like that also. Some units seem to go really fast, some take forever.

Thanks for the info, I had no idea. That is the weirdest celebrity/game combination.

I couldn't care less about her. If she's on a banner I will base pulling decisions based on the whole banner. If she's obtained through King Mog or a Maxwell style trial I'll make a point to pick her up but overall it would just be for completions sake.

They're doing a masterful job of trying to pull the 12 year old girl whales in.

So I realize this is so far away that it's meaningless to GL, but 6* Fina is pretty nice for a free healer. She gains raise, curaja, esuna, an AoE counter-heal, and an ability which is an esunaga/cura combo for 20mp. Unfortunately with her being ~8 months away, anyone currently playing the game doesn't give a shit because the odds of not having someone better by then are somewhat remote, but it's nice for me since I just started playing on JP.

I'm pretty salty about missing Santaslut though. She isn't worth chasing with an 11 pull because the banner is so goddamn bad, but I really wanted her just because of her unique abilities and the fact that she could potentially trivialize some fights in the future. I actually got a gold crystal from my welfare pull this morning and started to get excited...except it was Gaffgarion. Which isn't the end of the world since at least it's a good TM instead of a complete trash pull, but it really was the game rubbing salt in the wound.

Although from asking in the JP discord channel, Baywatch Fina has counter-heal and she was released back in August, so I doubt she'll really matter. I guess what I really wanted her for was the auto-limit/entrust combo so I don't have to grind CoD/Jack TM to macro LB raising.

I wouldn't even know who she is except that she was in Scream Queens for a few episodes.

Seems like JP is getting it. They released a promotional trailer for the event with the JP Producer telling us about it in broken English. Also they got a 52-piece orchestra to remake one of her songs in Final Fantasy style.

Brave Frontier did a bunch of these kind of collaborations. You just kind of have to accept it, as dumb as they are. In Brave Frontier at least, the collab units were rarely top tier (with a few exceptions), and mostly they were just fan service and publicity. The thing that annoys me most about the whole thing is that it's going to push back all of the actual content by 1-2 weeks while they do this dumb banner / event.

So todays daily quests included clear the aquapolis (not available yet), so you have to "waste" 3 orbs on colloseum to do the daily. It's still worth it, because with the January promotion, we get 100 lapis per daily, so if you're worried about wasting arena orbs, do your daily, and spend that 100 lapis on a refresh and net +2 orbs you wouldn't have otherwise (or just eat the loss of 3 orbs and pocket 100 lapis).

Tommorow's the Dark Fina boss event, and she's 100% immune to darkness damage. Be sure to remove your Deathbringer, Demon Scythe, and Moonblade's from your friend unit (if you want to optimize them for the event at least). Diabolos is the esper of choice for the event, because of Man-Eater, and darkness resistance.

Anyone else afraid of arena players with over 100 rank? Currently, there's 5 above 120. Anything lower is 1.1 ratio or lower

Nah, to be honest it's all RNG. I've nearly lost to Rank 52 teams that get good attacks off and pummeled Rank 120 players in 1 round.

I also got the Frostor daily, so worked out for me!

It depends. When I'm faced with 3-5 options for a 1.5 ratio, I'll of course go for the weakest looking team. When it's only a single 1.5 fight with an obvious whale, I still challenge them, but I'm always worried about all the ways it can go wrong.

If I go first, I win instantly, no matter who's on the other end (thanks multiple dualcast Exdeath meteors). If they go first, it depends. With dualcast allowed, even a really unlucky opening can be turned around if Refia survives (she usually does). The only times I actually lose is if it's something like 5x Luneth and they all chain their hit-all or something and wipe me out completely on round 1. Thankfully, that only happens maybe once a week (sometimes not at all).

When status effects are allowed, Noctis Blizzard or Fire flask can easily wipe me out on turn 1 if RNG isn't in my favor. I now love status banned weeks.
