Which ones? As dungeons Snowcloak and Keeper fo the Lake is required, which are 4 man. For Trials you need to do Titan, Ifrit, Garuda Hard, plus Leviathan and Ramuh. After that is the three Crystal Tower alliance raids.

Those two are the end of ARR 2.0, but there's patch content between that and Heavensward 3.0
Some of the patch content is good though and sets up Heavensward, you got Snowcloak/Shiva and Keeper of the Lake like Neranja said.

I’ve already been thinking of finding a static but it needs to be retirement home level. I’m talking like 2-3 hours per week max. I don’t have it in me to raid 6-9 hours per week like I did when I was in my 20’s or even early 30’s.

MSQ Roulette (Castrum and Prae) is actually decent xp but the queues are long for DPS classes, having a tank or healer in group definitely helps. But since they're 50 dungeons anyone above that level scales to i130 to clobber or skip through it. Conversely, getting a Cape Westwind with level 49s is a nightmare so those two being 50 only is a godsend

Seems like he went through that pretty quick. I've apparently managed to avoid Cape Westwind shenanigans? I've only had it pop up twice and both times, was a complete pushover. Usually I just end up getting the Chrysalis, always having one wipes to orbs to start and then a clusterfuck in P2 for an attempt or two and then finally killing it.

I died in my cape west wind run but frankly not sure how. The brief guide didn’t mention that big ass AE. Or I misread it. Is it a stunnable AE? Fat guy died immediately after I died I think.
I’ve had a few groups with I guess high level people and a few times they just massively pull the instance. Healer gets overwhelmed and it’s a wipe. Nobody says anything. But I finally did and got a lot of attitude back surprisingly when I said slow down due to healer clearly unable to keep up. Was told to shut my mouth and L2P with 80’s.

Very aware lol. I get the story 100% but i'm allowed to not enjoy it. Why does a divergent timeline affect me? It's a different line of time ffs. Time happens differently for a reason imo. Some asshole pulled us into his timeline and said halp me fix it plz. Fix it your fucking self man. Dumb ass.
Just follow the pack- they're both very chill. If they're all shrubs. Well... Its still easy will just take longer.
Yeah took him 10? ish wipes. Which is actually not bad for the min ilevel and no echo shenanigans he was doing. Definitely needs to work on his cooldowns and using his resources.

It's kinda like TF2 imo, or some other kind of zerg team based fps. The daily is an absurd amount of xp tho.

Not quite - to clarify with information already told to you by your point in the story
We havent time traveled. They explained earlier in the game, but there are different shards. The First is just one of the split worlds and the Ascians almost succeeded in having the world undergo a full calamity (the light stuff) that would result in a calamity on the Source (our home world). Crystal Exarch is from the future, a future where the calamity on the First happened and resulted in us dying and the Source getting fucked up. He traveled back in time, traveled to the First, and brings us to the First to prevent the calamity from happening, because even if we dont care about the First, the First having the Calamity will cause apocalypse on our world, the Source.
The whole bit about time passing differently is just like something Like Narnia - time in Narnia is different than time on Earth. The First had a different flow of time, but for now the time passes around the same time. That is why the Scions have spent years there from their perspective, but from your perspective, it's only been days. It's essentially a plot device to explain why so much happened on the First in a (from our perspective) short time frame

Alright, man enough to admit my previous post was wrong, my memory on it was just shit. Even still I didn't enjoy the world one bit. Once I realized the majority of the story was simply finding my homies I got annoyed and just wanted to get back to the First. Having a deeper understanding doesn't negate the fact I was taken away from something I was interested in.
