For anyone still doing relics, please do yourself a service, and absolutely do not run Delubrum with randoms.

After catching up on relic, I got into Delubrum speedruns PF and man the difference is night and day. The instance takes like a quarter of the time and you skip most fucking annoying mechanics. Bosses literally roll over. So if you still need Timeworn artifacts, it's definitely the way to go.

Have only seen the PF for Savage, not sure how different that is from the normal run. I assume this is the normal DR run?

Savage is like 48man complex stuff, similar to Eureka's last dungeon Baldesion's Arsenal. Normal DR is the thing you can queue for, has a weekly and is needed for a few relic steps. You won't see a PF for it since it's easy to just clear with normal queues, unless people are specifically doing relic parties, which aren't necessarily super common. But if you find a party it goes a lot faster than with randoms, I haven't played recently but even when it released it was like that, randoms is like 30-40mins clears, while it's like 15mins or whatever when people use Lost Actions properly and stuff.

normals happen alot thru the week, I've noticed at like 6pm my time there is always a couple groups running it speed run style, sense everyone has run out of things too do and are just finishing up all relics...

Yeah you'll definitely find some on the regular during prime time currently. If you have 2 relics on the last 2 steps, it's the quickest way to farm timeworn artifacts and raw emotions in one go.

im still slowly grinding through the 'farm 180 of these' step that you only have to do once.

I did only 6 relics, some before they made them easier, but it is enough for me. Also they are ugly so useless come endwalker for glam.

I finished this last week.

The first half was quick enough, just farming skirmishes in Zadnor I got those 90 in like 2 or 3 days, getting into CEs when they popped for the others ones.

Had to farm O3 and E3 quite a bit to finish the second half though. I remember doing like 15 E3 in a row the last day, by the end I could do it blindfolded I think.

But yeah, thank god it's a one time only step.

I got Relic for Dancer and Dark Knight and I agree with many that the final look for most of them aren't very good looking. I find the Lux weapons much cooler.

I think some of the replicas without the glowing shards actually look better than the glowy versions lol.

My goal is doing GNB (only need 2 more emotions), MNK (just done the timeworn part), and then I'll probably do MCH because I like the model being on the sleeker side.. Casters the only one I'm interested in is RDM but my RDM is still 70 lol.

Yeah out of the new relics the only one I find ok looking on a class I'm planning on playing is MNK. Maybe WHM/AST too but honestly don't think I'll play these too much with Sage coming out anyway. So I'm just gonna finish Monk and leave it at that. I already had started too cause the Monk first step was cool looking tonfas, so just need to clear the rest. Eureka was kinda the same where there were only a few that looked interesting and I couldn't bother doing it on more than one char(and it wasn't even on a char I cared about).

Probably resubing in a week or so, for now need to finish Etrian and don't want to spend too much time before the expansion so I'm not burned out when it hits. Mostly just want to prepare stuff, clean inventory, finish relics, try to finish some of these custom deliveries NPCs, stack scrips and tomes to 2k in everything, buy tome armor/farm savage for Monk BiS and this kind of shit. Probably will try to catch up on fishing some too, although Ruby Dragon is probably not happening for now anyway. And if I have some time I guess I should keep trying for potd solo clear too, lost motivation for that after a while since it takes so much grinding. I'm not 100% sure how it's gonna work out in the next expansion with stat squish and other changes, so I'd rather get it done early but not sure it's gonna happen with so little time left.

I think all the MNK steps were pretty cool this time around.

Wasn't sure about the Law's Order steps looking at screenshot but they ended up looking great in game.

I think I stopped before that step cause I didn't like it too much, and I wasn't really playing MNK either so I did the DNC weap instead, but DNC last step looks like ass so I'll just finish with MNK, need to do a bit of farming inbetween but nothing too big, the relic this time around is pretty easy overall, I like it. I also kinda like that they made the content not dead by default by linking it to leveling, I think they'll probably do the same thing next expansion cause it's a smart idea, always have people farming "relic content" cause they're leveling alts. Sad it means there probably won't be a new deep dungeon as a result though.

Yeah I'd rather level through something like Bozja/Zadnor than level through PoTD/HoH. They already confirmed Deep Dungeon return for EW though I think.

Well, after talking about it, decided to abandon the GNB last step to do MNK first. It really is pretty nice.

Yeah I've been using the Makai fists(from the Garo collab) and that's basically the same style of weapon, very simple weapon design and some effects over your hands, I much prefer that compared to the usual oversized claws and other cestus-like stuff. I liked the Tonfas too though, but figure since I'm likely to be playing MNK on EW release, I'll grab the relic at the same time and it'll give me a slightly better weapon.

And didn't remember they said there was more Deep Dungeon. Although they could tie the relic to it to some extent and add a bit more variety to it. What I was thinking though is them making a Deep Dungeon specifically for Limited jobs, as well as adding a new limited job. Basically BLU + Beastmaster content, this way it would be "worth it" to add. Maybe also letting other classes use it, but I'd like them to be balanced around like, 2 or 3 man instead(still queueable with 4 so easy leveling) and then have it so Limited jobs can only enter solo, as a challenge type thing. It'd be cool and fitting imo. Hope it's not just the same as the old ones, with no BLU access, shit is kinda dumb imo, hell they could fix the old ones by adding a few BLU-only titles to keep Necromancer rare and stuff, and it'd be free BLU "content".

Yeah I get you. One of my favourite MNK weapon are the Fist of the Fiend. I love weapons that actually replace your gloves. Kinda wanted to go back to Eureka for the Pyros/Hydatos knuckles too. Fuck the last step there though, it's ugly.
