Current variants, if symptom free, you're good. Makes no sense to test neg, wont for weeks, months after you've stopped being contagious. We've been free of the ten day iso mandate over here for a while, check cdc if you're so inclined.
That said, we don't have prevalent BQ 1 variants over here, yet.
