Does anyone have F1 TV? Ditched cable so probably going to pick it up. $30 for the year to watch all the races live which is pretty much all I do seems like a no brainer unless it absolutely sucks for some reason.

I used it for a few years. It worked great for me. I was never available during races so I watched the replays.

Yea I've used it for a few years now, have not had any issues with it. Usually watch live and it hasn't given me any issues. Would snap it up for $30, think I paid €90 last year. Haven't used the app, I just watch in a browser.

A tip is to go to the "international" feed and then select English language, this gives you the Sky UK commentary which is excellent. They usually have Martin Brundle as one of the main commentators and they regularly have quality guests on too. Most races they also have Bernie Collins on who is a former strategy engineer that has good insights in the strategic games that are being played during a race.

F1TV is pretty good, but I usually watch on ESPN and like that commentary team.

I'm getting pretty pumped for this season, 8 out of 10 teams have a new driver this season so I'm excited to see how all that turns out. I hope Sainz does well with Williams. One team I can't believe stuck with their team was Aston Martin. Stroll is terrible and very overrated at this point in his career IMO and Alonso...well you know what you're getting with him too. I don't expect them to do anything this year except have F1 fantasy continue to overvalue and overprice them for whatever reason.

I completely agree but Stroll isn't going anywhere because of his dad, who is the owner of the Aston Martin F1 team and executive chairman of Aston Martin.

I think Martin crashed in training so will miss the weekend, and Argentina.

Diggi couldn't train at all the past few weeks because of the collarbone break. Dunno if he will race.

I remember being annoyed that trackhouse chose Agura over Joe Roberts. 4th in a sprint on your debut, not bad!

I can't find any info on what happened with Marc. The TNT sport guys thought it might be tire pressure related. They did pic up the Ducati boss telling Marc not to talk about, whatever it was.

It's a technical sport, if you get the best car you can win races. An exceptional driver is a good tie breaker but will not win consistently in a poor car. Stroll is no Hamilton or Verstappen but with an exceptional car he can definitely win. His dad is a billionaire (made his money from the Tommy Hilfiger line of clothing) who will throw no end of money at it. They've hired Adrian Newey (who has designed many championship winning cars), at £30M per year he gets paid more than most drivers. He starts today but I would expect the results to be prominent in 2026 with the redesign.

Bearman is either in for a long season or a very short one at this pace lol.

9 rookies and rain is gonna break records for red flags this weekend.

i didn't watch it yet, what happened to Lawson? Damn 3 to 18 is a fucking huge split.
Made rookie mistakes all weekend. Running different aero package than Max, drove out his tires, had a short off. First time driving on this track.

Its going to be a fun season, it will be interesting to see if Williams really made a step in the right direction or if this qualifying is a fluke. My McLaren's look very good already, it usually takes them the first upgrade package to start looking decent. I'll be at Silverstone in July this season after Hungary and Spa last year. Getting pretty hyped already!
