On one hand, sure it's mildly entertaining. On the other. You have an a population which, on average, is larger than average, sitting on the cheapest, most nasty ass fold up chairs the organizer can scare up. Crack's going to happen, not really to creepypasta up some 15 seconds of fame.
Last I heard: After this went viral, WOTC has De-Invited him to events for a while. Not sure I'd count it as worth it...

The part of electrical engineering I always found most curious was that the concept, and math models, for electrical impedance are the same as those for acoustic impedance.
