Shit. Have you seen "luxury house" construction in the states lately? I havent seen so much spray foam and caulk in my entire life and I have no idea how these houses are passing inspection.
I've been following this guy on IG for a while now. But he'll put up all this shit that "aint right" and now every time I go to a new build, or even an older house - I can see all kinds of shit thats "wrong." Even he points out that the caulking guys need a raise because there is just so much caulk used.
