So he wears woman's oufits on the field and competes as a woman in women's events, and subsequently wins all the races.
Then re-dresses as a man after the race and goes home to his wife.
The IAAF has no problem with this.
Generation wuss embraces the diversity.

My 11 hour obsession with Lady Gaga's body has now completed. I'm torn. If you get her at the correct angle (perhaps during the upcoming eclipse) she looks fantastic. Unfortunately there are other angles that must be considered.

You're trying to "twist" the reality. She suffer from "hyperandrogenism" wich means, she produce an anormal amount of testosterone and because of that : she looks like a man. It's not like she is a "tranny" or something.
The fact is : there's probably plenty of countries now, who are searching of another women who suffer from "hyperandrogenism" because they perform better. It's sad. We maybe are going to see a lot of "modified by testosterone" womens in some sports now. MEH.

But the dude identifies as a man in all aspects of life outside of sports. Dresses like a man, acts like a man, has testes, etc. Then he enrolls as a woman, in strength/endurance sports that men will almost always beat women. When he's done collecting his medals, he changes back into his man clothes and goes home to his wife. I understand it's complicated, but that shit's rediculous imo.
Apparently Canada has it figured out.
