Just so you Know this is the real reason why NK is coming to the Table, Trump levied an economic siege on NK's foreign currency account, because NK has to buy stuff on the black market to survive and NK's currency is worthless on the open market so they need foreign cash. that's why Trump taunted kim for a year everytime Kim would launch a missile after being taunted on twitter Trump would run to the UN and get them to impose more sanctions, there's more to it but that's the basics. All the business papers estimated NK would run out of cash by fall, then the regime would collapse because NK's enablers china/russia were muzzled by direct threats.
