It's amazing the tripe that passes for pizza in much of the states. That pizza wasn't cooked at high enough temperature, so it was cooked longer than the 5-7 minutes it should've taken, giving the cheese time to decompose into an oily soup. Also wasn't hot enough to crisp the pepperoni.

For the record -- that's prosciutto, not ham.
