I'll admit there was a strong derail of vulgarity before the change, but what did any of you expect behind those spoilers? You elected to view those images each and every time you clicked to un-spoiler them (at least once you realized the very obvious pattern of said spoilered images being graphic). I have very little sympathy for someone who repeatedly does this. No one is to blame but you, as you voluntarily revealed the spoiler to yourself.
Also, where did this child porn shit come from? I'll assume you aren't just inventing a straw man argument to validate a further degree of censorship on FSR, but I saw nothing which resembled child porn; furthermore, if you recall the rules from the first page of FOH FSR it was clearly stated child porn is prohibited--as it should be. I'm pretty sure everyone unanimously agrees there should be no child porn.
This really isn't about freedom--this is about tradition. FSR is not Funny, Silly, Reasonable. It's Funny, Strange, Random. For about a decade I've come here to simultaniously laugh, cringe, or be puzzled by a seemingly endless and often unrelated slew of pictures.
I for one propose a SFW FSR for the people who can't stomach all of the images which have led to this schism in FSR.
The child porn accusation came out of left field and it's definitely a straw man unless someone can produce some sort of evidence. I don't think anyone on this board is low enough to post that kind of garbage. Scat/gore =/= child porn. It's not even in the same ball park.
