I've eaten snake that I've killed, skinned and grilled in bacon grease on the spot. Rattlesnake is delicious - tastes like chicken, with fish like texture. Duck, horse, camel... Whatever if it's delicious. Never anything that's sat dead in its own blood on an unsterilized surface in outside temperatures for an entire day.
Bats and rodents seem like a waste. There's no meat. Like dove, even wrapped in bacon just... Meh.
