More food pics. These were done over about 5-6 hours on my grandfather’s home built smoker on the farm. I typically do all my grilling on a gas grill, sacrilege I know, but still tastes damn good and fits my suburban room space better. I’m going to buy a compact smoker sometime this year.
We smoked these using wood we cut down and split ourselves. Many a cow, deer, and wild turkey have been prepared in this smoker. He was recently diagnosed with cancer. Memories of this or setting small brush fires on the farm and putting hot dogs on sticks over them hit hard. Made me want to buy a farm for my kid frankly.
