That's actually probably amazing, but the lighting and focus of the picture makes it look like someone took a squishy dump and mixed it with vagina discharge.

Looks like Gotham is on fire in Season 4 of the Animated Series. Also very weird, dramatic shift in the art style, the Batmobile, and maturity of the show for its last season. People actually die - Joker straight up murders groups of people. Batman bleeds, but is also way more of a badass. He got his ass kicked a lot in the first three seasons. They originally let on like Robin (Dick Greyson) has died, "It's a shame what happened to him," says Alfred to Red Robin (Tim Drake), but then two episodes later Nightwing shows up with a mullet. Scarecrow looks terrifying. Catwoman looks funky as hell.
