8screws and he still missed the stud, thats like my house now, i had to really patch this house when i bought it
somehow this dude found the stud (i think i still haven't checked it, just patched it)
idk wtf he was trying to do here, for reference the big "S" is me finding the stud (i was hanging up garage organizers)
i really don't understand this and no one has figured it out, just...
yes he literally drilled 24 holes and couldn't find the stud, *hint there is no stud there, the fucking stud is right there where the electrical panel is and then 16in to the right of that.
also... he's drilling holes ON TOP of the electrical panel where fucking wires connect to it
and also that access panel he cut out on top of the electrical panel and then he puts in a 2gange blue box that was holding nothing?
but wait theres more, this dude literally had a hook fetish
notice the silouhette of the box fan? yup hanging from a gang of hooks...
(hint, some of these were not drilled into a stud... still missed it)
(notice all the hooks attached to the shelf???)

oh shall i show you the horror closet?
this is how i got the house, a double door closet, with the door hanging on the side, notice the right side of the door frame is NOT mortised out for hinges, meaning that door was never hung and he just laid it like that for me to deal with
you should notice by now that the "intent" was the left side is 2 closet poles for clothes and the right is a bunch of shelves (sweaters, etc)
however... there is no closet rod that looks like that b/c he used fucking iron pipe meant for gas, as pseudo closet rods...
and the way he tetris'd it up is baffeling, it musta fell down a few times
and the shelves are just free hanging
and yes, notice all the holes of missed studs...
i haven't had the time but so far i've taken out all the wierdness, patched all the holes installed two 96in rods (and i'll put in 2, 96in shelves too) and i've taken out the middle drywall piece and removed a few of the studs making sure nuttin falls.

How does someone have that much difficulty finding a stud? I can tap the GD wall and find a stud and a cross-stud. Much less all the tools to help you do it. That type of shit just makes me disappointed in people.

i bought my house last year when it was a sellers market, it was listed in the morning and i put in a bid at the end of the day, it was our second fav house, we had already lost a bid on a weekend house for cash offers, at least it's grown in value by 33%When you were shopping for your house, did you just love it that much where you tolerated all those holes in it? Mine had a few similarly minor issues when I moved in, so I can relate

I am genuinely surprised at how many men I meet these days that are half deaf. Especially if they are over 50.
