Yeah, I thought about getting ours out, but didn’t bother. Other than smoking/grilling, and handling frying anything, I don’t typically have cooking duty. That’s an easy bake though, and it’s probably my favorite pastry, and it’s still awesome even if not pro quality.View attachment 440467
I have a small torch for food only that I use to brown my custards. Just aim for the middle and don’t sweat if the edges are browned when you have one with a crust.
