My startup is working with OBD for motorcycles. He just said he wasn't doing mecha-suits, just dumb robotrucks.

There had better be an error message regarding pylons in there too.If I ever get the chance to build a carrier bot you can be damn sure it's going to say CARRIER HAS ARRIVED.
I would assume that you could come up with some sort of decentralized comms net that can increase coverage area simply by adding more drones, but I'm not sure if that would be feasible if it's aimed at high-intensity conflict with an enemy capable of countermeasures. (radio shit pulled out of my ass, and assumptions were made; I'm not a comms guy)It'd be realistic too because you could dynamically create zones you could effectively operate in based on your radio coverage, and if you instructed the carrier to operate outside them you'd literally need to construct addition radio towers.
You could, but the big downside here is that the YOU MUST CONSTRUCT ADDITIONAL PYLONS sound byte would no longer make sense.I would assume that you could come up with some sort of decentralized comms net that can increase coverage area simply by adding more drones, but I'm not sure if that would be feasible if it's aimed at high-intensity conflict with an enemy capable of countermeasures. Yea let's not go with the other option then. You could, but the big downside here is that the YOU MUST CONSTRUCT ADDITIONAL PYLONS sound byte would no longer make sense.
Tuco made fun of me for saying you could just strap hand grenades to a drone and invade some derka town.
As far as I knew, units are carrying pen drones more and more now. Since they are dirt easy to control and the cameras on them are crazy good, even tiny. You do have to wonder when some grenades on soldiers will be replaced by tiny drones carrying explosives. The small quadracopters can hold a couple pounds, and its really easy to control. I'd have to imagine it is only a matter of time before weapons like that become standard issue. (Single use, very precise drone explosives.)
Plus the derail is similiar to ai so it is extra bad.So let me get this straight: Tuco closes a thread on AI because there's another old thread no one had posted in for months. On a board when threads are almost never locked for any reason other than outright gore, porn in SFW forums etc. And then he goes and participates in a huge thread derail himself.
Makes sense!
