And it is consistent, consistently not realistic. There's not a single scene in that trailer that has realistic firearms(or weapons in general, last I checked katanas don't shoot out waves of energy when you slash with them).

I watched the Microsoft showcase and tried to judge each game without my own (admitted) biases and a couple of the games with female leads looked 'ok.' They just weren't games I would be interested in under any circumstance, but I can see them appealing to others.
However, all of the games with black female leads looked like absolute dogshit. It's a quiet secret that MUCH of the entire (literally) world has an aversion to black women. A lot of black men don't like them. Why that is, is a topic that could be discussed for months.
Regardless, without an extremely endearing, humble, and/or interesting character...ALL games with a black female protagonist are going to massively underperform if not outright fail.
The fetishization of black women in the entertainment industry is a direct road to bankruptcy.

I mean the game already has Cammy and while you could whine that her modern costume covers too much(even though it's skin tight spandex), her classic costume is also available with the original one piece high cut swimsuit. They're also adding Elena who likely will be even more naked than Mai.

That is one of the coolest looking turn based RPG games ive seen in decades. Some of the games look pretty cool, and some look pretty cringeworthy. Most of the complaints from todays showcase would be resolved so long as they implement a char creator and not force you to play someone in particular. I feel Fable at the very least will have one.
