Wtf.. are you retarded man? I said the prosecution was able to keep the history out the record, and then you come around and agree with me, and you want to paint that as a win for the defense..
Da fuck.
You keep judging this case as a bystander with knowledge the jury does not has and not as a member of the jury.

Are you telling us people are judging you based on your 16.000 retarded posts?

Shocking.

OK, point to me one negative character trait of the bipolar guy that was entered into record...
Nothing... zero things were entered into the record and the jury was not present when they were talking about bipolar guy threatening its family.
Not even a why was he homeless.. not even that was asked/allowed.

This is what I get for arguing with a retard.

The jury hasn't seen any damning information about the dead faggots because it is unnecessary to go into their faggotry based on the facts of the case. The defense has decided that it is unnecessary, so they have blocked the state from introducing evidence of their heroism instead. Your assertion that this is somehow a win for the prosecution is based solely on the idea that it is necessary for the defense to assassinate the character of the dead felons without considering that the state has proven exactly nothing with regard to their case against the real hero. Again, the state has performed so poorly that the odds of a directed verdict, making the jury entirely obsolete, is now entirely possible and a damning indictment on the prosecution's strategy and execution.

Bro. The defense wanted to introduce the evidence that the guy who rushed kyle was an unstable mentality unhealthy individual.
The state wanted to say that he was a good guy.
The judge told the prosecution if you say that, then the defense can bring all this other stuff.
Then the prosecution CHOOSED to not go down that path.
Are you even watching this shot?
The defense was not given any options regarding that.

You guys are crazy thinking this does not goes to a jury. This judge is more focused on what the media think about the trial, than anything else.
He dismissed a jury member over an joke.

Like how they already established he was homeless, bipolar, and off his medication? Sounds pretty stable to me.

Being homeless is not a negative trait. Post edit, I would add in the context of a criminal case, in regular day to day interactions we look down on the homeless, but saying someone is homeless does not add anything to a criminal proceeding.

Wrong. Being homeless is strong evidence that you make shitty life choices.

Be less dumb please

uh... what kind of trait is it, then?
I explained my point post edit.

Saying in a court the subject is homeless does not add anything to the conversation, it is the same as saying "your honor, the defendant is black/poor" it bears nothing on the actions because it is just a description of the person, not his actions.

wat. being homeless isn't some genetic trait assigned in the womb.

personal choices in life dictate whether or not you are homeless. so yes, it means a whole lot in a criminal case.

Sure bro, I'm sure prosecutors across the country frequently use on the closing arguments "jury members he was homeless so you must find him guilty"

I mean yeah, you can argue that homelessness is evidence of poor life choices all day, but I'm inclined to agree with Lend that a lawyer probably isn't going to use that as evidence of someone's character, if only because you wouldn't want to piss off a bleeding heart on the jury.

Okay, this right here show that you are not actually paying attention to the trial.

This judge has been overwhelmingly supporting the defense since day 1. He specifically called out the media as being a source of gross misinformation and even singled out CNN's Jeffrey Toobin as someone who has no fucking idea about the law. The fact that you wrote this post makes you the stupidest, least observant potato on the planet.

If you buy Lendarios Lendarios incredibly stupid scenario and think he's going to say "He's homeless therefore guilty!!!" then I guess you'd have a point?

The fiancé already said he was homeless, the defense doesn't need to even mention it or attack homeless people. It's already out there
