The facts of that exchange aside the jury is going to look at the lawyers and they're going to see the prosecution literally hanging its head. What the fuck even is that.
He will make millions on the movie rights after he is found not guilty. He will be played by a black trans and will be there defending Kenosha with Antifa from the evil white militia.Thanks for the recaps guys, this shit is hilarious.
Feel bad that Kyle had to get dragged into court for this clown show though.
actually all the blackies are trying to defend jewy 1arm as a legit "medic"He will make millions on the movie rights after he is found not guilty. He will be played by a black trans and will be there defending Kenosha with Antifa from the evil white militia.
He needs to move to Tx, Fl, S Carolina etc and run for Congress as soon as he is old enough.Honestly, Kyle is going to live the life..
Make a couple million, never have to work again in your life, and all before you can even legally drink beer. On top of that, he got to shred a couple sex pests. This kid is the definition of #winning.
He very well may be a legit medic, if he went through EMT school and worked in that field.actually all the blackies are trying to defend jewy 1arm as a legit "medic"
I've got to say, lawyers watching trials in real time and giving their takes is a great new form of media. Can you imagine the conversation if this could have happened during the Zimmerman trial?
they had blackie leaders sayin he was a blm medicHe very well may be a legit medic, if he went through EMT school and worked in that field.
Doesn't mean he wasn't shit on the stand, creating a Picard rivaling meme for the prosecution. I wouldn't ever hire that guy to work as an EMT after that, given his poor decision making and awful judgment.
Its laughable to think someone would argue he was there as a medic that night... carrying a tear gas canister.
Kyle is factually and indisputably guilty of violating 948.60 Possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18. The judge seems pretty sympathetic and given how much discretion Kyle exercised during the incident, he will likely only receive a fine.Does anyone watch these people? did they pick out the defense totally flubbing the "carrying a rifle while under 18" charge?
sitch and adam show went over it yesterday. and it seems the defense, and judge etc, all were totally misreading the statute.
going over silly stuff about it not listing 17 year olds, etc.. totally misunderstanding it. theorizing it was poorly written or even had typos...
The law in plain english is, its illegal to for someone under the age of 18 to carry a dangerous weapon, such as knives, guns, bows, pipes, chains, etc, with the exception of long rifles, and long shotguns. and a number of other exceptions, with supervision, etc.
I might send him an an imperial pin when he loses.state prosecutor larps himself as the Rebel Alliance. why am I not surprised by the total lack of self awareness?
How the left views today's testimony;
I chased him down as he was trying to flee a violent confrontation and drew my illegal firearm in an attempt to surrender!!!that's some impressive mental gymnastics, even for today's MSM
yeah, I actually was watching the Rekieta stream for this, and it was one of the worst cases of self-own I've ever seen. Not at all what that tweet suggestsI chased him down as he was trying to flee a violent confrontation and drew my illegal firearm in an attempt to surrender!!!
