That show is body-horror galore. You can do hideous things to people as long as it all gets reversed by the end.

It also manages to have a Multicultural Pals style ensemble cast and not be distracting.

Was it this thread that interview was linked? Probably. The one where he talks about GB3 and "We'd make it if it was good. But nothing so far has seemed worth doing and... guys, we don't need the money."

Production shots usually looks weak. Editing is a mystic art. I am not anticipating this or anything, but that's just often true.
