That's retarded. In the books they talk about The Night's King fairytale and him possibly being a Stark, even possibly being named Brandon given so many Starks are called that as they legendary founder of the house is wall builder Bran the Builder. Our Bran is named after his burned alive uncle Brandon. So what I'm saying is that The Night's King is a Stark so he is wearing an old version of Stark clothing. That explains the outfits being similar. Or... winter clothing...
