On the toilet?
It looked like one of those... they're a real thing but I don't remember the name of them. You have a haft, you have a blade, and they fit together but there's also a cord so that the blade can detatch.
They were used to hunt birds and for spearfishing I think.
That's my guess.
Her little blueprint actually says "dragonglass" for the speartip and the detachable head suggests she wants to use it as thrown harpoon kinda thing.
Pretty much means Arya's prolly gonna kill or try to kill the undead dragon.
They showed Arya's Nymmeria in S7... which a full-body show along with her pack.
It's a long lingering shot and it's almost certainly a setup for a longer reunion in the final season.
Dunno where the fuck Ghost has been tho.
Someone on avsforum thought it was a blowgun, and I think someone in this thread thought it was a spring-powered gun.
Gendry will shake his head and ask her how can she shoot white walker women and children...

yahoo said:The only thing we know for certain about Arya's new weapon is that it's going to be, in the words of Game of Thronesweapons master Tommy Dunne, "a showstopper."
Speaking to Vanity Fair for its "Still Watching" podcast, Dunne said, "There is one creation in Season 8 that is absolutely phenomenal. It’ll be a showstopper. That was great to finish. It was great to make, great to design it that it was about to be reverse-engineered and made into two different items."
Seems more like a send off than a set up for something more
Doesn't look like a good design for throwing. Probably to use as a harpoon head without telegraphing it too much.

This whole episode could have been shrunk down to about 20 minutes. They only have 7 episodes and they waste so much on filler. Pathetic
Looked awesome on a 4K OLED, I'm sure a ton of money was spent, its just that the story didn't move at all. Lets hope EP2 steps it up a lot, people and things need to start dying.
How are you getting HBO in 4K? I thought they were only mastered for 4K for the physical media releases? The scene at the Umber castle looked like shit and I suspect that it was meant for HDR10-type low light enhanced contrast.
