So you admit I followed the rule, that I did not create. Was a shit rule.
I notice you left episode 4 out in your post. Syrio is alive CONFIRMED!!!Episode 3 will likely have 70+ pages, and 5 & 6 will have fans bitching for a generation. I don't know why you think the mark for episode 1 is impressive.
Has the show given any sort of explanation on why they don't just get Bran's advice on everything?
Bran is like a search engine, you/him have to know what he is looking for. That's why he assumed Jon's real surname was Sand, he didn't know about the marriage until Sam told him, so then he went back in time to the moment of the wedding.
has the Golden Company ever been shown in force on the TV show? i would be interested in what new characters they introduce.
yeah, there wre several Golden Company characters in the books who played a big part of book 5.Other than just in this episode? I don't think so? They actually had the one scene on the boat (and a larger shot of a good number of their boats) where their commander was facing all the men on the boat that I remember from the trailers...but in the trailers it felt like they wanted us to think it was Jaime (or maybe I just took it that way). Anyone know who the actor for the commander is and what else he's been in?

Things like if Cersei's keeping up her end of the agreement that Jon and Sansa are in disagreement about and is a pretty big deal could be answered in a minute. Pretty useful resource they have on their hands that they don't ever care to use
