by that logic then we might as well merge the tv threads together, because if GRRM released it then it cant be a spoiler, right? you want to discuss internet spoilers about an unreleased book, then nobody should have problems with book spoiler to unreleased TV show content then.
moral of the story, the internet is not the book. some of us still read those.

Note this is only a tentative list, maybe we should add some more categories just so Astro feels safe.

why is it so hard to keep book spoiler to tv spoiler and leave the unreleased book spoilers out til the book is released?

People want to fucking talk about it. The book isn't going to be out for another 2 years, so in a thread where we can talk about the books and how they relate to the tv show, that is what we are going to do. Especially in a case like last weeks episode, which had a scene very similar to one of the released chapters.
Look, the new chapters might as well just be a preview from next week's episode in a tv show, which you clearly watch all the time. They don't contain any major spoilers or GRRM wouldn't release them.

this goes back to what i am saying, by that logic, there should be no reason for 2 tv threads. you people cant wait til the book is released to talk about spoilers. then we should use that mindset that people who have not read the books in the no spoiler tv thread its their fault for not reading them and they just have to suck it up. sorry, i really dont appreciate that you guys make up rules and only follow them when it suits you.

There is zero chance that the books will be finished before the tv show.
It sucks to come to that realization as a hardcore book fan, but its simply the way it is.

I haven't read a single book, but watched the entire TV show. Despite the warnings from Noodlebro I'm still all up in this thread reading!! Good thing I can't remember or know who the hell all the character names are, or else I might really be screwed.
I hope I get so spoilered up from this thread, I'll be a book expert, and not even have to read them. Because guess what? Good books are good books, regardless if you know what the fuck happens.
