Littlefinger *is* behind everything, I hope they don't cut his explanation to Sansa on why he killed Joffrey - it just sums up his character so perfectly:
of course, but they are still keeping the mystery going in king's landing. any viewer with half a brain should have guess by that time that littlefinger was behind it all.

Wow, they made that obvious then , and we over thought it.

Littlefinger not at the wedding is what a lot of us mentioned from the start.

I'm not sure why that isn't really suspicious to them tho, what could be more important then attending the new Kings wedding?

You're just forgetting season 3 dude:

With his new position as Lord of Harrenhal, Littlefinger's status is elevated considerably, enough for him to leave his position as Master of Coin to Tyrion, purchase a ship and prepare to sail to the Eyrie with a marriage proposal to the widowed Lysa Arryn.
The assumption was that he had left to get married.

Yeah, but he would still come in for a new kings wedding. Wouldn't make sense to miss that since he is allied with them.

Looking at the GOT map Eyrie isn't even that far away.

Yeah, it is pretty far away especially considering the war. More than that, Tywin doesn't give a fuck about him being there for the king's wedding. Petyr has a mission.

Tonight's episode was very slowly paced. With the exception of littlefinger's revelation not much happened. Podrick and Tyrion had the best scene this time around, pretty touching.

Despite all the hints from book readers about Daenarys storyline being kind of boring through multiple books, she keeps having some of the most badass scenes.

Tywin was amazing, as always, when he instantly changed Oberyn into a reluctant ally.

That's so true, it's taken me a little while to warm to him, probably due to him being a negative character. But now whenever there's a scene with Tywin in it, you know it's going to be good and he's going to pull some clever stuff.

As soon as I realised it was him walking into the brothel, it becomes "Oh shit, what's going to happen here!"

In the books he raped her when he first came back; well, at least she said "no" and he just fucked her anyway.
It wasn't rape in the books. It clearly was rape in the show. From the book:

here was no tenderness in the kiss he returned to her, only hunger. Her mouth opened for his tongue. "No," she said weakly when his lips moved down her neck, "not here. The septons . . ."
"The Others can take the septons." He kissed her again, kissed her silent, kissed her until she moaned. Then he knocked the candles aside and lifted her up onto the Mother's altar, pushing up her skirts and the silken shift beneath. She pounded on his chest with feeble fists, murmuring about the risk, the danger, about their father, about the septons, about the wrath of gods. He never heard her. He undid his breeches and climbed up and pushed her bare white legs apart. One hand slid up her thigh and underneath her smallclothes. When he tore them away, he saw that her moon's blood was on her, but it made no difference.

"Hurry," she was whispering now, "quickly, quickly, now, do it now, do me now. Jaime Jaime Jaime." Her hands helped guide him. "Yes,"
Cersei said as he thrust, "my brother, sweet brother, yes, like that, yes, I have you, you're home now, you're home now, you're home." She kissed his ear and stroked his short bristly hair. Jaime lost himself in her flesh. He could feel Cersei's heart beating in time with his own, and the wetness of blood and seed where they were joined.

What actions demonstrate that tywin doesn't have wisdom?
Made up a name of a king that doesn't exist, Orys the first?

I found it strange that Littlefinger spent time crushing the 1 gemstone out of Sansa's necklace and then throwing it back in the boat with the dead fool. Reminded me of that image montage someone posted about old lady Tyrell stealing one of Sansas jewels and using that to poison Jeoffery. I am guessing that Littlefinger wants to keep Sansa as a suspect so that she has nowhere else to go except staying with him.

I take back my thoughts on being disappointed w/ Joffreys manner of death, poisoning. I see now the poisoning has major story implications.

entirely possible that Oyrs the First was a king in the TV series, since it's an adaptation of the books with many, many changes and not a literal translation.

Tyrion with Podrick gave me feels. Poor Podrick, made me think of John Lithgow running off Harry at the end of Harry and the Hendersons.Dem feels...
This is the best possible reference that ever could have been used, hahaha. I watch that movie a few times a year. Nothing today matches up with Harry first sitting in the car and raising the roof, LITERALLY.

I'm not going to quote the shit-flinging about Lady Stoneheart, but to me it was a major turning point even if it was subtle. Up to that point, you know Dondarrion (sp?) can be resurrected and that is it. The Lord of Light might be responsible for this, at least you believe he is, but so far you're only really feeling some power from Dondarrion and a little from Melisandre. Maybe I'm some fuckin' weirdo, but when Catelynn was resurrected as Lady Stoneheart - I went "shit, there is something to this."

Whether or not they include it I guess doesn't matter, but I think audiences would love to see Catelyn get revenge for what happened. They could just make BWOB do it themselves, but it won't have the same impact.

I'm surprised more people didn't like her being rezzed, but I guess it doesn't matter. We still don't know what part of the story Stoneheart will truly play, if anything, but the showrunners might know more than us.

its just more of HBO trying to reconcile the book to their extreme left wing world view... a wealthy straight white male must be a sister raping scumbag.

I very clearly remember the non-rape scene in the book because I was listening to it on audio book and I had to listen to Roy Dotrice say those lines. Really felt uncomfortable and then aroused on the way into work.

Orys Baratheon was a real king according to the asoiaf wiki and founded house Baratheon (he was a Targaryen by birth). I believe the speech Tywin gave Tommen about what makes a King good was word for word verbatim from book 3.

also was it Osha that asked Gilly if she was a wildling, it sure looked like her but she shouldn't be anywhere near that area?

Cersei did keep kissing him while saying "no" on the show, so it wasn't really rape. I'm sure some feminists are blogging about it today, though.
