I don't hate book Sansa, because she was indeed an idiotic kid until like book 5 or whenever she's following Baelish around incognito, where she receives an upgrade to painfully naive teenager. Which is where it starts to be fair to hate her for being stupid because all the horrible things that have happened around her and to her should have at least shocked her out of her naivete, even if they didn't turn her into a malicious self-serving schemer like everyone else in Westeros. Like, has she even begun to suspect Baelish of ulterior motives yet, or is she still just happily clinging on to her 'rescuer'?
TV Sansa is a couple years older, so it's a lot harder to feel sympathy for her because she has no real excuse to be that fucking stupid, aside from mommy and daddy coddling their little princess. Props to her for at least making some kind of an effort with the Ramsay thing, but I feel like she either didn't really think that through, or she somehow never heard any of the tales about what kind of a depraved monster Ramsay is. Either way she's in way over her head, and it might end up going very badly for her. Maybe instead of merging the role of Lady Stoneheart with Sansa, Sansa will actually literally become Lady Stoneheart after Ramsay flays her alive and sets his dogs on her, and Jon Stark-Targaryen orders Melisandre to bring her back.
Listening to Sansa get flayed alive off camera would probably make everyone forget all about the 'rape' scene with Ramsay.
