For some reason I always pictured a fat old man, not Bashir. But I didn't read the character description very well other than GOUT.

Having Jaquen show up is pure fanservice, but I like it. Pretty sure he's currently supposed to be killing boys who dream of young virgins and hanging out with the Magic Candle.

I pictured that as well, but he played the grieving brother who still has enough control to maintain (just enough control) well enough. He also looks a lot older than I remember.

I remember thinking he looked older than I thought he was in Kingdom of Heaven and that was a decade ago. He's one of those people that facial hair seems to age badly. Plus he's almost 50 now.
