Its not about making fun of a handicap or someone elses medical condition. Its the exact nature of his "medical condition" and the way he acts here.

Tell me if I said I had a condition that said its impossible for me to do manual labor or hold a job but then i post pictures of myself and talk about all the fun Im having going on vacations or going to clubs partying and dancing it up you dont think people wouldnt call me out on that?
