The skirt steak was such a hit last weekend that I'm going to do another this weekend. Going to go along with some fresh fettuccine and mussels in a white wine sauce. Will be my final weekend cooking for a few weeks as I head to the Philippines the following weekend for vacation.

that's why I keep showing up to their family events. Watching the balut massacre is worth it, because her mom makes the goddamn best homemade eggrolls and steamed dumplings on Earth. Along with her homemade sweet chili sauce for dipping. So, so good.
