If you like chocolate, or know someone that does, make these cookies. They're fucking decadent.

3 egg whites
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter

In a bowl, whip the egg whites using an electric beater until stiff. Mix in 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, and mix until it's close to the consistency of marshmallow (can take a bit). In a seperate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup powdered sugar, cocoa powder, corn starch and salt. Mix slowly into meringue. On the stove (or in the microwave), melt butter. Add 1 cup chocolate chips and melt, stirring frequently to avoid burning. When chocolate is melted, mix into dough. Add the rest of the chocolate chips and mix. Pop the dough into the fridge for an hour to let it thicken.

Set oven to 350. Take rounded tbsps of dough and roll them into balls. Put last 1/2 cup of powdered sugar in a small bowl and roll the dough in it. Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 12-14 minutes. Let stand on baking sheet for 5+ minutes, then set aside on a wire rack to cool.

Gluten-free garbage and very little fat(no egg yolks!). You're going to have to at least post pictures to hope to convince us as to how that recipe could be "decadent".

Ok, I'll take back the very little fat comment. I didn't see that you melt 1 cup of chips and incorporate that into the dough. Still might be kinda shy on the fat department, though. And no idea where they would get their structural integrity.

Is it worth buying a wok if I have an electric stove?
Get a flat bottomed one made out of carbon steel, no coating. I have one and it works decent. You will never achieve the 600F+ temps that true woks do in the restaurant without an actual wok burner. But I do Chinese, Thai and fried rices just fine on an electric stove cranked all the way up.. Im betting its in the 400F-450F range.

Here is the one I have...http://importfood.com/cwrk3201.html

And here is a burner if you wanna go pro...http://importfood.com/thaigasburner.html

BTW that site has some sweet street Thai street vendor videos where they show you how to do some sweet Thai recipes.http://importfood.com/vendor_video/t...or_videos.html

They also sell most of the ingredients. But if you have an asian store near you they sell most of that stuff as well.

I also use my wok on an electric stovetop. It is not ideal, but it works. I have yet to deep fry anything in it, I've done the standard stir frys and fried rice.
