I know its probably really stupid, but I think it could fit so well. I thought Boney M's Daddy Cool would make a nice addition to the soundtrack.

How does the comixology app work? Do you purchase the comics through those people somehow? Or does it work with stuff you've purchased/downloaded from Marvel themselves?

That's the Marvel app, which I downloaded and then purchased the Thanos Quest stuff on. But he was talking about a comixology app (which I found, but had trouble registering an account for) that allows you to view cell by cell, which would be neat. Marvel app seems to only view page by page.

Since I actually grew up in the 70's I have a bunch of my favorite 70's songs on my iPhone. Here are a few interesting choices.

Fantasy - Aldo Nova
Children of the Sun - Billy Thorpe
Ride Captain Ride - Blues Image
Kung Fu Fighting - Carl Douglas
Don't Bring Me Down - ELO
Blinded By the Light - Manfred Mann
The Joker - Steve Miller Band
Cyrstal Ball - Styx
Rock and Roll All Night - Kiss
Hot Child In the City - Nick Glider

As you said, tons of other great tunes as well by major artists like AC/DC, Elton John, Zepplin, Bowie etc...
i was born in 1966 so my music - i that i bought- was mostly late 70's/early 80's-hell i still have some of the albums in my garage.

awesome list of song you have there.....time to break out and see who is on amazon prime music...

You can on the Marvel app too I think, but I only have the andriod version. I just double click the panel and it zooms to that panel and you just swipe it like normal to go panel to panel.

One thing I noticed is no one seemed to pick up on Stan Lee being in the movie, thought I'd at least hear a cheer in the theater but nothing.

Or no one gives a shit anymore because he makes an appearance in every Marvel movie anyway so it's not special to see him.

And yet oddly, in my theater (the second time I went, at least), there were MANY audible cheers/clapping. Was really weird.

There was some noise when Stan appeared at my screen, nothing crazy though. It's always subdued as far as I remember, you only even notice it if you notice him yourself

That's likely a function of when you saw the movie. I bet the thursday night shows had folks going nuts when Stan Lee showed up.

Anyone have a link to clips of what was shown during/after the credits? I was with one of the only people that didn't like this movie and they wouldn't stick around.

Certainly hope that you've severed ties with this awful person.

Nothing was shown during the credits. As for the after credits, it was a quick 30-45 seconds of the Collector sitting in his pile of rubble. The space dog comes over and licks his face, then
Howard the Duck
is in the back saying the equivalent of "well ain't that some shit?" I don't remember exactly what was said, but that's the gist of it.

The post credit scene's main function was to show that Adam Warlock escaped from his cocoon.

Thanks for the recap...I think.
Yeah...I just looked at her dumbfounded when she said she didn't like it. She said it dragged out too long and that she didn't like Bradley Cooper. She wouldn't even have known it was him if she hadn't seen his name at the beginning. Her favorite part was that there was an actor from The Walking Dead in it. Oh, and the music, and some parts with Groot. She then posted on facebook asking if she was the only person that didn't like it...and everyone told her that she was, so she kinda dropped it in that way girls do.

Anyway, yeah...I don't think we'll be watching many more movies together.
