I've never been scared in my life. That includes 40 years of being a diabetic and earlier ADEM episode where I work up one day and coudln't walk.

Now I wake up and my heart rate is 150. Nobody knows. The beating of the heart doesn't normally tie in with MS but I have so many other symptoms that could be MS and a variety of vitamind deficiencies (B12,Zinc,Calcium,Potassium).

Nobody knows. Worried.

Sounds like atrial flutter. Find an EP cardiologist now. Especially with fucked up electrolytes. I guess someone ran an EKG?

You have calcium and potassium deficiency? Errrr....
I have those symptoms. I've had bloodwork twice along with the EKG twice and 3 MRI's. As far as I know nobody has read any of them and I can't even get a copy of the report from the EKG or MRI's or a copy of the bloodwork. But they bill me for them. I had the first MRI read and that's it. I paid out of pocket for all 3 and they ain't cheap.

I'm going to a private lab tomorrow and at least go thru the vitamin crap.

The only work I've had in the last 18 months that I actually got a definitive answer on and the results was the test where they use a sonogram or (??) to check your arteries in the neck. I got that right away at that cardiologist and it was 7% or something which the blockage was very low for my age according to the cardiologist.

My bleeding while shitting is so bad now that when I stand up I need to have a tissue ready or I will drip blood on the ground. Too much blood but I refuse to get seen for it.

Two colonoscopies where they didn't see anything and said it must be hemorrhoids even if they couldn't find them. That's fine just wish the toilet bowl didn't look worse than my wife is on her period.

You can't get a copy? Weird. You should be able to. I'd love to see what the EKG shows.

a_skeleton_03: If you're bleeding THAT badly, you should definitely get seen. Is the blood bright red or dark tarry red?

Bright so they aren't concerned. Like I said I have had two colonoscopies and the last one was how they accidentally found tumors in my spleen and diagnosed me with cancer.

It "must" be a hemorrhoid in their opinion although they have never found one.

I would recommend putting some Preparation H up your ass for a week or two. You may be tearing some tissue. And quit straining if you are.

I dunno man, that much blood would freak me the fuck out. When I have a diverticulitis attack I get a small amount of blood on the tissue paper, and that's enough to convince my hypochondriac self that death is imminent.

Honestly, I don't see how it can be hemorrhoids. Even internal ones can be discovered with a finger, and if they were bleeding you'd be in pain.. If I were you I'd go back to the doctor-- I can't see how any of them can think it's "ok" for you to be shitting large amounts of blood..

Handy tips to prevent yourself from straining when you poo.

Sit upright, don't lean forward. Maintain a normal, slow breathing pattern. If practical, wait until you actually feel pressure to poo. Don't have to wait until you have a wee turtlehead poking out, but try to wait until your body definitively announces 'ITS POO TIME BRO'

My balloon knot squeaks "LET SLIP THE DOGS OF WAR!". It's a little weird at parties.

Client of mine had colonoscopies religiously because he was convinced he had an issue. Doctor kept telling him he was fine. Few years later symptoms worsened and he decided to see another doctor he diagnosed him with Stage IV cancer and he died about 6 months later.

Previous doctor got sued into the ground and lost his license. Not much consolation to the family though when if they had caught it back when all this started many years earlier it likely could of been treated.

Moral of the story is there are plenty of shitty doctors out there. Don't be afraid to get a second opinion from someone. Preferably not someone that works directly with your primary as birds of the feather flock together.

Saw something today that caused me to just WTF. Someone I know was sick. Chest cold. Likely a virus as it is going around here.

So anyway they said they were feeling ill and was going to get some antibiotics. I just assumed they were going to the doctor. They sent me a pic of some Erythromycin in a box. Looked legit on my phone until I blew up the picture and saw it had fish on the cover. I asked where they got it and they said the fish store. They said surviliasist stock that stuff for the end of times. After /facepalming a few times I replied, well you know if it was the end of times and I was sick I'd probably be shoving that stuff in every orifice I had since there were no better options. Since there are better options you're nuts.

But it worked before they replied.

Yeah well look up "antibiotics and viruses" and then "confirmation bias". You'll have your answer why it works and why you feel the way you do about it.

Fish antibiotics are essentially the same thing, but I think the real problem is they aren't as heavily mandated and locked down like the ones for human consumption.

When I had my boil it was suggested on various forums, I didn't try it though.
