I have a feeling people are going to despise this season, they pretty much just strengthened every faggot deck out there, which destroys some of the more finesse one.

See if Im correct once all the wings are open
Possibly, but at least for now I am seeing far more diversity than before Naxx.

All I know is the day the priest card is released will be the worst day of hearthstone ever.
It's quite good, but it's hardly that good. You're being extremely dramatic for a mere value creature. Frankly, Priest needs it quite badly as they haven't been competitive or fun to play. Calling a 3/4 that gives +3 health to another random minion when it dies (meaning you have to have another minion, hope it doesn't get silenced, etc) "the worst day of Hearthstone ever" either shows how incredibly dumb you are or incredibly dramatic. That or you've missed all the other shit in Hearthstone, like, say, 2 mana UTH? Seriously, stop being retarded.

I'm so confused by Wailing Soul. It's just not worth it and is incredibly limited. Maybe if there were more Ancient Watcher type cards or cards with negative effects on them, but as is, meh. Good for Frost mages I guess? I genuinely hate Dancing Swords. I think it's so lazy and so unexciting and so badly designed.

It's the best minion in the game, so I don't really blame people for being worried about it.

A blank 3/4 for 3 would see play literally everywhere, neverminding a good deathrattle.

Well it's definitely one of the best card, but since it's a priest card it makes it not quite as good. If it was neutral it'd be godlike and you'd see that shit in every zoo deck but for priest it's harder to use. I've been thinking about a midrange priest deck that drops a bunch of the control/lategame threats from the normal priest and instead focus on divine spirit/inner fire combo as well as large health taunting minions to stay alive early and win, abusing the hero power/circle of healing/farseer synergies, the main issue is the lack of draw makes it really hard to recover from stuff like equality or just stabilize against a decent zoo draw. Maybe Mind Vision would help, problem is half the time past turn 4 against zoo they're gonna have an empty hand and you have nothing to steal. Wish it would return a 1cost card that draws a card when used against a no card opponent, or do something if they have no card like deal x dmg or whatever.

Mages can theoretically make their opponent draw 24 cards now lol. Mill Mage ftw.

It's the best minion in the game, so I don't really blame people for being worried about it.

A blank 3/4 for 3 would see play literally everywhere, neverminding a good deathrattle.
And?? It's on a Priest. So it's not really the same thing, is it? There are tons of Class cards that would "literally see play everywhere" if they weren't... drumroll... class cards. Priest desperately need this card and if it makes them any less mind numbingly boring to play against, I may not even care if they start smashing me. As long as I don't want to gouge my eyes out playing against them.

Brand new season = all aggro, all the time...
I'm actually running into a ton of Druid, Warrior, and Paladin. All control. I finished three Dominance quests I had stacked up so, two of them overlapped so 10 wins and like 7 losses, and I ran into Zoo twice, one Miracle, and the rest were all control.

I was expecting more Zoo actually. Kind of disappointed there wasn't more, I would have played different cards.

I haven't been playing as much lately so I started at Rank 19 this season. Had a shitty class quest that dropped me to rank 20 before I finished it (there's really no reason to not do daily quests in Ranked). So I'm running into nothing but aggro and some of these decks are so bad that I'm losing to them simply because I literally have no idea what they could play next. I'm playing against a Mage and next turn is he going to drop a Wisp? A Grizzly? Ragnaros? I really have no idea.

Anyway, just venting.

Yeah something similar to that control warrior list I posted has been huge lately. Sjow is playing almost card for card the same list as me, and Reynad has been playing a slightly more aggressive version with Kor'krons.

Dat 2P tourny with Amaz vs Reynad game 5. Reynad misses an early lethal and then they both go to no cards left and dying to fatigue.

I think Mage could do some serious damage with Duplicate in a mid range value style deck. If I wasn't OCD about playing classes I already have at 60 I'd be trying to make it work.

Lololol I was playing the control Warrior deck and had 10 life and 5 armour. Playing against Zoo and I've got a Sunwalker and an Imp Master and an Armorsmith on board. Warlock's turn comes up and he life taps and then says "Well played" because he drew an Ironbeak owl and proceeded to silence the Sunwalker and then attack me down to 5 life. So he uses a Hellfire and then a Soulfire afterward, thinking it will lethal me, but the Hellfire grants me 4 armour and I end up at 1 life. Next turn I Alex up to 15 and lul so hard. There is nothing more satisfying than a cocky opponent or an opponent that makes a dumb mistake like that right after using cocky game emotes like it's over. So satisfying.

Also just smashed a control ramp druid with it despite the fact he used Wild Growth turn 1 and Nourish turn 2. He had a Boulderfirst Ogre on turn 3, an Ancient of War turn 4 and an Ironbark Protector turn 5. He had another Nourish for massive card draw and used 2 Wraths and Starfire. Basically he couldn't have had better draws. Still smashed him. I'm using the control warrior posted but I made 2 changes (don't like Cairne or Sylvanas). I am absolutely in love with Loatheb. I run him in every single deck. I know people know he's good, but I still think he's even better than most people think. He's extremely versatile if you plan accordingly (+/- 2 or 3 turns from dropping him).

Edit: Haha just made a ramp druid with Alarm O Bot for fun. Opening hand was Innervate --> Bot --> Ragnaros. That was fun.

My two early takes on Duplicate. Dupligiant might want a mad scientist or two, and Duplimage will take a very serious look at ditching the Azure Drakes for Spectral Knights since spellpower isn't very good for mages. Actually everyone will take a very serious look at ditching Azure Drakes because who wants to play a 5 drop that just gets eaten by Spectral Knight.

Dupligiant

2x Frostbolt
2x Doomsayer
2x Arcane Intellect
2x Duplicate
2x Frost Nova
2x Ice Block
1x Vaporize
1x Acolyte of Pain
2x Fireball
2x Polymorph
2x Twilight Drake
1x Loatheb
2x Blizzard
2x Flamestrike
1x Alexstrasza
2x Mountain Giant
2x Molten Giant

Duplimage

2x Arcane Missiles
1x Ice Lance
2x Mana Wyrm
2x Frostbolt
1x Bloodmage Thalnos
2x Sorcerer's Apprentice
2x Arcane Intellect
2x Duplicate
1x Mirror Entity
2x Acolyte of Pain
2x Kirin Tor Mage
2x Fireball
1x Polymorph
2x Water Elemental
2x Azure Drake
1x Cairne Bloodhoof
2x Flamestrike
1x Ysera

It's a shame Duplicate won't trigger on Doomsayer.

My favourite so far is Duplicate Coldlight Oracle.

I actually had my first "successful" friend add... I only toss out friend invites if I want to compliment good play or ask questions and, until today, all have been refused.

The guy was pretty cool, he just started a few weeks ago but was playing the full wallet warrior deck (Grommash, Alex, Rag, Geddon) and I was playing Ramp Druid. It was an extremely close match but in the end he just couldn't get through my taunt wall. The reason I added him to my friends list was because he was running a few taunts (the sludge guy who goes explodey) and a Sen'Jin and I never saw an Execute so I was curious if he swapped those out in favor of the taunts. Turns out he was running the, standard, 2 executes but they were buried at the bottom of his deck (we were both less than 10 cards left at the end so he got really unlucky there). It was actually an enjoyable match because it was one of the very few that, legitimately, could have gone either way depending on a couple key card draws.
