Doesn't that depend on you already having the commons and rares for said deck? My zoolock gets along fine without a Sea Giant.
I'm not sure Gold on Arena is the best advice for a brand new player given you can't get classic cards in Arena currently.

I have almost 1600 dust.
Only legendary I have is Dr. Boom.
I like playing Mage, Paladin and Warlock.
Who should I craft next? Was thinking Anotonidas for my MechMage deck. Thoughts?

You can have a mage deck without Antonidas. Warlock Zoo doesn't need Jaraxxus either but handlock needs Jaraxxus. Paladin almost always uses Tirion.
A neutral Legendary like Ragnaros or Sylvanas would probably be best.
I was in the same spot recently and went with Sylvanas. Pretty happy with that choice and she fits into a lot of decks.

I really like the game, and the RNG doesn't bother me so much.
What does bother me, is that when I play ranked...everyone is playing the same damn decks with little to no variation.
Not only that but a lot of cards are used in just so many decks...it's like even when you play a different class, they use the same few common cards.
I understand that it's the nature of the beast in competitive play to want tot win...it's just make playing ranked so boring, it's the same games over and over again.
Casual is more fun as you encounter more varied type of decks, people playing fun or gimmicky decks that are not consistent enough for ranked but more fun to play and play against.
I had time to play 4 games during my lunch break at work, it was 3 zoo, and 1 handlock. seriously 4 warlock in a row...3 of which were essentially the same deck?
That's so boring. It's missing diversity. :/

After Boom, Sylvanus is one of the best choices. She fits into a lot of decks. Hold off on class specific legendaries until you round out your collection.

I've been playing Arena to get cards so I can build better decks. But the more I play Arena the more I prefer it. Sure, you're not as likely to turn a game completely around by killing off your Sylvanas while you have Rivendare on board, but it's nice to make do with what you have. Only occasionally do I get a draft that's so awful that I get frustrated.

Irony that I posted this and then hit legend today. I finally hit a hot streak and won 6 straight to get legend. I've had a couple people ask what I was playing at the time, so I'll just post it.
Edit: Captain Greenskin does work in the Druid match.
