Priest matches up well against both. I've been playing this greedy priest that actually matches up really well against face hunter considering how greedy it is and against an aggro deck, I'd say you're still favored 60/40. The big threats means it can compete with any other deck, but you're usually using your big bombs to remove their stuff later in the game, so if you have a fast druid who curves out and has combo in hand he's probably going to burst you down.
Priest - Deckbuilder - HearthPwn
This deck had at least a 60% win rate before the first wing came out, now its probably closer to 55%, everything was so volatile on the ladder and I haven't been playing as much to really notice changes. But changes I've made to the deck since I last posted it, I swapped tbk for et, easy enough; and I swapped the two shadow boxxers I had for sunfury protecters along with swapping rag for ysera. I've only played a few games since I swapped in the sunfury protectors, but I made the swap for two reasons: one while the shadow boxers give amazing value when their ability hits a value target they sometimes seem to want to just keep going face; and two et was often dropping cards like alex to 8 mana and alex + hero power isn't that amazing, but the reason the 9 mana dragons were rarely played is because 9 mana is a lot and all you're going to do that turn, I figure if I could alex or ysera + sunfury protector that would be a much larger impact; don't be afraid to play sunfury protector on curve against face hunter though.
And here is another "greedy control priest", I consider it more stall priest, a guy posted on liquidhearth. I played a few games with it, seems worse against the face hunter matchup, but you should still be favored against both.
